The system is compact and readily mounts on your line. The drying chamber has a hinged lower reflector panel that swings out of the way for easy webbing. The 4570 Web-Dri combines infrared and convection technologies to dry at speeds from 300 to 500 feet (91 to 152) per minute. The system is the ideal choice when you are running a variety of basic applications that can be effectively dried with infrared heating. This Web-Dri is available for webs up to 41 inches (1041 mm) wide. The system’s drying chamber is zoned into six-inch (152-mm) wide heat regions that you can selectively turn off or on to provide heat only in the area where drying is needed.

• Model 4580 - The 4580 Web-Dri combines infrared and convection technologies to dry at speeds as high as 1000 feet (305 meters) per minute on basic stocks. An economical alternative to conduction an NIR® (near infrared) drying technologies, the system is the ideal choice if you are running stocks that are not sensitive to the higher temperatures produced by infrared heat. The 4580 is available for webs up to 40 inches (1016) mm wide. The system’s drying chamber is zoned into 4.25-inch (108-mm) wide heat regions. You can selectively turn these regions off or on to provide heat only in the area where drying is needed.
